Another West Seattle dog will make his cover debut!

For the second year in a row, a West Seattle dog will grace the cover of CityDog magazine as the winner of the Cover Dog Model Search!

The fifth annual contest photographed more than 500 dogs during events all over the city. Murphy was discovered at West Seattle Thriftway over the summer. He, and other dogs at the photo shoot helped raise over $1,000 that day for the Doney Memorial Animal Clinic.

Murphy is featured on the cover of the upcoming Winter issue. You can find your copy this Friday at Barnes & Noble, Pet Elements and Mud Bay. This issue also includes photos of all the dogs from the cover dog model search!

The cover was shot by Seattle pet photographer J. Nichole Smith with dane + dane studios.
