Heavenly Pastry, which has made a name for itself as a local farmers market favorite over the past two years, is planning to open a retail bakery next to Linda's Flowers.

The bakery will offer cakes and pastires, but Heavenly owner Allison Barnes says her focus will be on fresh-baked pretzels, which the Seattle Weekly raved about here.

You can look for Heavenly to open sometime in Spring 2010.
